Signature Home Albany

Inspired by the Classic New Zealand early home style, this home breaks away from the mono-pitched homes which dominate New Zealand. Created to be different and unique, this Signature Homes Albany show home achieved a striking look by using Corrugate Steel Roofing. The corrugated effect compliments the high pitch design. Finished in ‘Slate’ from the Dimond Habitats colour range it creates a distinctive effect on the exterior of this home.

David Reid Homes Otago

Designed as a mono pitched home to blend with the local scenery not only did the roofing and rainwater systems need to fit the location but needed to be able to withstand the tough southern conditions. This was achieved by using Dimond’s External 185 Fascia with Quad SI Gutter, it’s been designed and tested specifically for South Island conditions. All this was backed up with a Dimond Corrugate longrun roof all matched in ‘Slate’ From the Dimond Habitats colour range.

Delegats Vineyard

This $70 million dollar facility in the heart of Marlboroughs Wairau Valley creates a stunning facility, overshadowed only by the surround scenery. Delegats required a building that was in harmony with the natural surroundings while also being on at the forefront of design and construction. Dimond were able to offer a comprehensive solution to the design using four products-
Using Dimondek 630 Dimond were able to run 59.45m single length sheets for the main roof, which us over 10,800sq m. This was complimented by the use of Dimond Corrugate as cladding on the 3600sq m of walls. Durolite was used over loading bays to create natural light while blocking harmful UV rays. Finally Dimond DHS Purlins were used in the main structure of the building. All of these products helped create this striking and impressive structure.

Laminex Penrose

The Laminex group in Penrose required a purpose built site that would cater to their growing needs. They required a strong, aesthetically pleasing design that would turn heads. Dimond supplied the Roofing and Cladding product in a unique multi coloured, elegant and beautifully designed cladding system. The 14,000 Sq m Roof was covered with the ever popular DP955 in Threadbow White supplied by Pacific Coil Coaters. The 4,000 Sq m Cladding mimicked the Roof using DP955 but in a variety of Grey’s – Parnell Grey, Smokey and Ghost Grey also via Pacific Coil coaters.
