Roofing Products Suppliers Auckland

We supply and install both long run metal and membrane roofing for new roof and re-roof projects. Alongside these systems we can supply and install purlins, insulation, and rainwater systems to complete your project. Both of these system systems come in a range of products to suit different building types, environments and aesthetically requirements.

METAL ROOFING

We install ColourSteel products, which are manufactured in NZ and are supplied by Steel & Tube, Metalcraft Roofing and Diamond roofing. While each company supplies its own specific version of various roofing profiles the most common profiles are:

Corrugated

This offers a traditional look and is most commonly seen on Villas, fences and sheds.

Trapezoidal

This a modern alternative to corrugated and has clean, crisp lines. There are trapezoidal profiles for both residential and commercial buildings and this is particular suitable for low pitch roofs.

Tray Roofing

This contemporary style of roofing is often used as both roofing and cladding on architecturally designed homes. It is often referred to as Euroline or Euro style roofing.

MEMBRANE ROOFING

Membrane roofing is commonly installed on flat roofs, roof decks and internal gutters. We offer solutions for new roofs, the removal and reapplication of membrane and the retrofit of new systems over existing membrane systems. We are supplied membrane by Sealco and The Rubber Roofing Company. We install the following systems:

TPO

TPO membrane is a co-polymer of polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber that has been formed into a membrane sheet and reinforced with a heavy duty polyester scrim.  It is a flexible rubberised material with the ability to be heat welded for permanent detailing.

EDPM (Commonly know as Butyl)

EPDM rubber membrane used to provide waterproofing protection for a variety of roofing and exterior deck applications. A fully bonded rubber membrane applied over concrete, steel, fibre cement boards or construction plywood substrates.

TORCH ON

Torch-on membrane is a modified bitumen membrane system. Each layer of its double-layer system is torched on; the heat of which maximises the seal to the most intricate and vulnerable areas for leaks such as roof penetrations, internal corners and gutter junctions.
